About Wanderlust Holistic

Hello, I’m Sarah-Jane

I’m the massage therapist behind Wanderlust Holistic — a mobile massage service rooted in calm, presence, and the quiet power of intentional touch.

I bring nurturing, intuitive treatments directly to your abode, creating a space where you can unwind without having to go anywhere at all.

Where It All Began

My interest in massage started when I was a teen, supporting my younger sister through a period of ill health. I would often give her gentle head massages which she found deeply relaxing and would often drift off to sleep.

It taught me early on that touch can bring comfort in ways words cannot.

My Approach

I work slowly, intuitively, and with a deep respect for the nervous system.

As a mobile therapist, I bring my massage table, transforming your space into a calm, grounding environment — whether you need rest, release, or simply a quiet moment to breathe.

My focus is always on helping your body settle and return to its natural rhythm.

Training & Experience

Learning has remained a constant part of my journey

That early experience led me to explore the deeper why behind the body’s response to touch. I gained my Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2006, followed by further qualifications in:

A Wee Bit More About Me

The person behind Wanderlust Holistic

I love travelling with my family, both at home in Scotland and further afield, long walks with my wee dog, sea swims, sauna sessions, music, and film.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Arts and Humanities, including German, and although I don’t consider myself academic, I love learning.

I’m drawn to anything that deepens understanding and supports growth—whether that’s new bodywork techniques, the wisdom of nature, gentle philosophy, or people’s stories across time. I feel lucky to now call the Isle of Skye home.

A Loving Affirmation

May your body be held by the earth, your breath flow with ease, and your spirit be gently restored.
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love.”
